Online Course Asset Management
You’ve come along way, baby! By now you’ve been pouring yourself into the process of creating the content for your online course, and now it’s time to get all those ducks in a row so we can get “quacking.”
Before you begin the exciting process of Asset Management outlined below, please be sure you have read and followed the instructions for content creation in the Course Creation Formula.
Once you have worked with our team to write your Online Course, film your Videos and design your Resources, it’s time to provide all that wonderful organized content to us so that we can load it into your course platform easily and accurately. Most likely we have been using Google Docs during the creative process, but now we need all the Assets for the course in a “final” format.
Please be aware that once you provide FINAL Assets according to this document, a change fee will be incurred for any changes or updates. So please be sure to make sure all the Assets are complete, copy edited, copyrighted and branded (when necessary), formatted and organized correctly.
Here is how this will work. . . (Please read entire document before commencing work on finalizing Assets.)
ASSETS SHARED VIA DROPBOX
If you don’t already have a Dropbox account, you may create a free account at www.DropBox.com. Please email us at info@intelligent.coach to inform us of the email address associated with your Dropbox account so that we can share folders with you.
We will create a series of Dropbox folders and share them with you. (Do not create your own Dropbox folders to share with us.)
You will find a folder with your Course Name, and a series of folders for each “Lesson” within that folder. See below for the list of folders we will share with you and what to put in them.
All Assets (other than videos) should be uploaded into the Dropbox folders. Place all the FINAL content relevant to a particular Lesson into the folder provided. Do not place anything other than FINAL versions of all files in the Folder at anytime.

TABLE OF CONTENTS
1. Create a Table of Contents in MS WORD
2. Ensure that the entire structure and order of your online course is properly noted. If your Table of Contents changes, there will be a fee for reorganizing content.
3. Ensure that each Lesson and Module Title is formatted and spelled correctly as we will copy/paste the information into your intelligent.coach platform. (use “title case.” Do not use all caps)
4. Title Document as such:

VIDEOS
1. Post videos on your BUSINESS Youtube (or Vimeo) channel. (Not a personal account unless your name is your brand) If you do not have a Youtube channel, Google how to create one. You will need to have or create a Gmail email account for free.
2. Video title:
[LESSON # – LESSON TITLE – COURSE NAME]
Example: 2.2 – Listening Deeply – How to Play the Piano
3. Youtube – Mark videos as “Unlisted”
4. Copy the url
Example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hs86eBCT4dI
5. Paste each “Video link” in a single MS WORD document with the name and embed code of the video in order that the videos appear in your course. We will provide a blank WORD doc in your Drop Box folder for this purpose.
6. Title the Word Document as follows:

VIDEO SCRIPT
1. If you are working with Wisdom Business Academy / intelligent.coach to develop the content for your online course, we will be helping you write a Script each of your Videos. We will even suggest that you read the Script from a teleprompter (give it a try and we’ll see how you do).
2. Each Lesson will have a Script associated with it. We will develop these Scripts in Google Docs so we can share editing capabilities. (If you do not have a Gmail account, please create one. And learn the basics for creating and sharing Google Docs using online tutorials.) You should create these Script documents and share them with ivri@WisdomBusiness.Academy
3. Later, if you read from the teleprompter, these Scripts can be turned into Transcripts if you choose. (We do recommend this practice as some learners learn better by reading. Disclaimer: There is always that risk of theft of content, through any means of delivering content via the internet.)
TRANSCRIPT {optional}
1. You may choose to post a Transcript of your Video. It will be posted in the “Resource” box inside your online course.
2. Title the Transcript Document: Lesson 1: Welcome to This Course Transcript.
3. Provide your fully edited Transcript as a PDF file.
4. Be sure your Transcript has your logo and copyright information visible.
